To celebrate the arrival of Spring, we leave these colorful and nutritious rolls, simple to make and that you can take with you on a picnic or to the beach.



For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 drops of chilli
  • sesame
  1. Soak the rice paper sheets quickly in a plate with cold water and place on a cutting board.
  2. Place the vegetables in the center and roll up, starting from the two sides up.
  3. Reserve the rolls.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients and it's ready to serve!
