To celebrate the arrival of Spring, we leave these colorful and nutritious rolls, simple to make and that you can take with you on a picnic or to the beach.
Ingredients:
- 4 sheets of rice paper
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 cucumber in strips
- Salted Lemon Ginger Granola
- 1 kiwi
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 drops of chilli
- sesame
Preparation:
- Soak the rice paper sheets quickly in a plate with cold water and place on a cutting board.
- Place the vegetables in the center and roll up, starting from the two sides up.
- Reserve the rolls.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients and it's ready to serve!
