With the arrival of summer, we thought it would be interesting to leave here some important tips for preparing a bottle salad to take to the beach, picnic or on those working days when we don't even have time to eat out.
Jar salads are great for ensuring a healthy meal at any time, but to keep them fresh, we must follow some assembly tips:
1- Always start with the sauce! That way he won't wither the salad leaves. Our sauce was prepared with vegetable yoghurt, mustard, oil, salt and Golden Ginger Therapist Blend.
2- Then we add heavier cooked vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, or even beans or pasta.
3- Here enter the grains and cereals, in this case, we put the crunchy grain, which we prepared in the oven with oil, salt and pepper.
4- In this layer we put lighter vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, grated carrots, fresh red cabbage, among others.
5- And finally, the sheets and the Therapist salty granola
to preserve the crunch of both and keep the ingredients fresh!
