In a month in which we started another partnership that will bring many news to The Therapist (stay tuned...) with Joana Moura from JoCooking, nothing like bringing a healthy and super tasty recipe for the little ones to take to school (or for us to eat without guilt).
STRAWBERRY MUFFINS WITHOUT GLUTEN
Ingredients:
- 200g almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 75g of xylitol, erythritol or stevia
- a pinch of salt flower
- 50g of molten coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 60g almond drink
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- cut strawberries
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Bake in molds for 20 minutes at 180º
- serve when cool
