Gluten-free Strawberry Muffins ● Recipe

In a month in which we started another partnership that will bring many news to The Therapist (stay tuned...) with Joana Moura from JoCooking, nothing like bringing a healthy and super tasty recipe for the little ones to take to school (or for us to eat without guilt).



  • 200g almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 75g of xylitol, erythritol or stevia
  • a pinch of salt flower
  • 50g of molten coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g almond drink
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • cut strawberries


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Bake in molds for 20 minutes at 180º
  3. serve when cool
