At a time when we only want very hot drinks to face the cold outside, we bring a pumpkin immune latte, to warm up the body and strengthen the body's defenses.

 

Pumpkin latte cubes 🎃

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree, we like to make it with Hokkaido.
  • 1/3 cup rice jelly or agave
  • 1 teaspoon of each spice:
    • Lower leg
    • Turmeric
    • clove
    • powdered ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk


Preparation of the cubes:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with the magic wand and pass through the sieve, to get a very smooth cream.
  2. Then put it in ice cube trays and put it in the freezer.


Latte preparation method:

  1. Heat the vegetable drink of your choice, add a few cubes and pour the hot drink on top.
  2. Stir with a cinnamon stick and serve. 🍂
