Recipe ● Pumpkin Immune Latte
At a time when we only want very hot drinks to face the cold outside, we bring a pumpkin immune latte, to warm up the body and strengthen the body's defenses.
Pumpkin latte cubes 🎃
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, we like to make it with Hokkaido.
- 1/3 cup rice jelly or agave
- 1 teaspoon of each spice:
- Lower leg
- powdered ginger
- A pinch of nutmeg and black pepper
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Preparation of the cubes:
- Mix all the ingredients with the magic wand and pass through the sieve, to get a very smooth cream.
- Then put it in ice cube trays and put it in the freezer.
Latte preparation method:
- Heat the vegetable drink of your choice, add a few cubes and pour the hot drink on top.
- Stir with a cinnamon stick and serve. 🍂
