Kale chips are an easy-to-make snack that is very rich in antioxidants and vitamins, especially vitamin K, which helps to detoxify the body and promote general health. This snack is light, crunchy, and full of nutrients, and the hummus is an excellent source of plant-based protein and fiber.

Ingredients for Kale Chips:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheese-like flavor)

Ingredients for the Hummus:
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Wash and dry the kale leaves well, removing the stems. Cut into pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the kale with the olive oil and salt (and the nutritional yeast, if using).
- Place the leaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, without overlapping, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
- In a blender, combine all the hummus ingredients and blend until you reach a creamy texture.
- Remove the kale from the oven and let it cool before eating.
These snacks are easy to prepare and fit perfectly after a detox, keeping the focus on light and detoxifying nutrition.
