Our RESET programs are the perfect detox developed by our functional chef in partnership with our nutritionist with the aim of cleansing, debloating and at the same time nourishing the body, helping the functioning of the intestine and lymphatic system and promoting volume reduction.

Composed of 3 soups, 2 juices or kombuchas, 1 shot and 1 mini blend per day, you can choose to make one, two or three days that will be delivered in the Lisbon area from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am or from 4:00 pm to 6pm, by appointment.  Orders are made 24 to 48 business hours in advance.


They also have access to exclusive content such as a playlist by Yen Sung , relaxation and detox rituals by Tâmara Castelo , fengshui tips for your home from the hands of Anne-Sophie , facial massage by Cátia Curica from Organi , a video about kombucha with Maria de That Kombucha , a yoga class with Vera Simões from Ashtanga Cascais and an ebook so you can continue with your RESET even after finishing ours. Each day you have access to new content and new soups and tasty juices to accompany. Each kit contains more than 50 natural ingredients, packaged in reusable glass, made the day before delivery to guarantee maximum freshness and the greatest nutritional contribution.

Os produtos eram muito saborosos

O que gostei:
- Sabor de tudo muito bom
- Embalagens (acho pena não serem reaproveitadas por vocês revertendo-se num desconto para quem entrega)
Sugestões de melhoria:
- Hoje em dia valorizo muitos as proteínas e não há informação clara no desafio de 3 dias sobre se as sopas são proteicas ou não (isso só é anunciado no desafio de 5 e eu fiquei sem saber se as sopas são iguais);
- Penso que devia ser entregue um papel com informação adicional. Pode-se beber café? Pode-se beber chá?
