When you decide to start a detox with our RESET Plan, you are doing more than taking care of your diet — you are creating space to slow down, listen to your body, and restore balance.
We know that there is a short interval between ordering and delivery for the preparation of liquid meals. And we want that time to also be part of your process. That is why we have prepared a 1-day transition menu: light, functional, and ideal for preparing your body for the RESET.
These are 5 simple moments that help you get into the right mindset, promote lightness, and start eliminating what your body no longer needs.
Upon waking
- Warm water with lemon
Hydration + digestive activation
How to prepare:
-
Squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon into a glass of warm (not hot) water.
-
Drink it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
Why it works:
It helps to “wake up” the digestive system, stimulate the liver, and promote more efficient digestion throughout the day.
Morning
- Alkaline Green Juice with Ginger and Lemon
Freshness + gentle detoxification
Ingredients:
-
1 cup of spinach
-
1 green apple
-
1 celery stalk
-
1 thin slice of fresh ginger
-
Juice of ½ a lemon
-
200 ml of cold water
Preparation:
Blend everything in a blender until you get a light juice. Serve with ice if desired.
Benefit:
Refreshes, hydrates, and promotes the body’s acid-base balance, helping to reduce inflammation.
Lunch
- Detox Soup with Zucchini, Fennel, and Leek
Comfort + digestive lightness
Ingredients:
-
1 medium zucchini, diced
-
½ fennel bulb, sliced
-
1 leek stalk (white part only)
-
1 teaspoon of olive oil
-
1 pinch of turmeric
-
500 ml of filtered water
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
-
Lemon juice and chopped parsley to serve
Preparation:
Sauté the leek and fennel in the olive oil. Add the zucchini and turmeric. Cover with water, cook for 15 minutes, and blend. Finish with lemon and parsley.
Why:
It eases digestion, reduces bloating, and helps start the process of eliminating toxins.
Mid-afternoon
- Cucumber, Mint, and Chia Seed Infused Water
Hydration + intestinal smoothness
Ingredients:
-
1 liter of filtered water
-
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
-
A few mint leaves
-
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Preparation:
Mix everything in a pitcher and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before drinking.
Benefit:
Hydrates, refreshes, aids in digestion, and provides a gentle, natural laxative effect.
Evening
- Digestive Infusion with Fennel, Ginger, and Lemon
Reduce inflammation + prepare for rest
Ingredients:
-
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
-
1 slice of fresh ginger
-
Peel of ½ a lemon
-
300 ml of water
Preparation:
Boil the water with all ingredients for 5 minutes. Let it rest, strain, and drink warm.
Why:
It helps relax the digestive system and reduces abdominal discomfort — ideal for ending the day and preparing the body for the upcoming detox.
And now the question we all think of right after deciding to start a detox: 'What if I need to chew?'. So that this doesn’t happen (and in case you feel the need), here are our suggestions for raw foods that you can consume throughout the day:
- 1 carrot, in sticks;
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced;
- 1 apple, in pieces;
- 5 raw almonds.
Starting a detox doesn't need to be radical; you can make a light, natural, and conscious transition.
This one-day menu was created to help your body enter RESET mode with more ease, balance, and intention.
Taking care of yourself, even before starting, is the first step to ensuring your detox is completed successfully!
