Our RESET programs are the perfect detox developed by our functional chef in partnership with our nutritionist with the aim of cleansing, reducing bloating, and at the same time nourishing the body, helping the functioning of the intestine and the lymphatic system and promoting a reduction in volume.

Composed of 3 soups, 2 juices or kombuchas, 1 shot, and 1 mini blend per day, you can choose to do one, two, three, or five days which will be delivered in Portugal from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, by appointment, delivered by DPD.  
Deliveries: Orders with 48 business hours in advance.
Pickup at The Therapist Restaurant Alvalade / LxFactory: Pickups with 24 business hours in advance.

Correu bem. Foi a 2ª vez que fiz este detox. Só uma nota: uma das sopas (a de lentihas pareceu-me que estava estragada e optei por não a consumir)

No geral estava tudo bem mas vieram 2 sopas que na altura de as consumir estavam já azedas, portanto, já não estavam próprias para consumo. Este aspecto foi bastante incómodo, dado que estamos num plano onde não é preciso suposto comer nada fora deste regime... Consequentemente, tive de escolher entre ficar com mais fome ou "furar" o plano e comer qualquer coisa leve mas que não sabia se iria prejudicar o plano global. Ambas opções que não são agradaveis. Nesta altura do verão têm de ter muito cuidado com estas coisas...
